BELMONT ---- Sharon Ann Chagnon, 78, of Belmont, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023, after a short period of in-home care provided by Lakes Region VNA and Hospice Services.
Sharon was born on April 24, 1945, in Laconia, the daughter of Elias and Winnifred (Haddock) Boughton.
She cherished spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Sharon was also an Elvis enthusiast and enjoyed collecting his memorabilia.
Sharon is survived by her daughters Kelli Harper and her spouse David Harper and Rheanna Cotnoir and her spouse Richard Cotnoir, seven grandchildren, Sean Beattie, Taylor Beattie, Caitlin Beattie, Nicholas DeCormier, Jacob DeCormier, Olivia DeCormier, and Alek Cotnoir, her brother Michael Boughton and his spouse Norma Boughton, two nieces, Sara Boughton and her spouse Theresa Darlak and Melissa Cotnoir and her spouse Marc Cotnoir, and one nephew, Justin Boughton and his spouse Jennifer Boughton, as well as many great-nephews and nieces. Sharon was predeceased by her parents.
Calling Hours will be held on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 3:00pm-5:00pm, at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, NH 03246, using the Carriage house entrance.
Burial will take place on Friday, November 3, 2023, at 1:00pm, at Union Cemetery, Academy Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
