Linda Ann Apostolon (maiden name Dandrata) April 21, 1953 -October 23, 2023.
It is with our deepest regret we announce the untimely passing of our mother Linda Ann in her home on the morning of October 23, 2023.
Linda was born and raised in Brockton, MA the daughter of the late Domenic J. Dandrata and Theresa Dandrata of Brockton.
Linda was a graduate of Brockton High school class of 1971. She was the former wife of Dennis Apostolon of Brockton MA and is survived by her daughter Deanna Apostolon-Rea and husband Antonio Rea of Bridgewater MA, son, Brian Apostolon and wife Danielle Apostolon of Raynham, MA, Grandmother to Adriana Rea 13 years old and Francesca Rea 11 years old of Bridgewater MA, and Niko Apostolon 7 years old of Raynham, MA.
Linda has five beloved sisters, Ellen Etchings and husband Kevin Campbell of Middleboro, MA, Joan Dandrata-Jackman and husband Bruce Jackman of Brockton, MA, Sylvia Dandrata and husband Bob Ernst of Needham, MA, Marianne McCarthy and husband Joseph McCarthy of Medford, MA, and Theresa Monaghan and husband Bob Monaghan of Bridgewater, MA, six nephews, three nieces, four great nephews and one great niece.
Before retirement Linda had a long and successful career in healthcare as a Clinical Liaison. Linda enjoyed road trips on her Harley Davidson motorcycle and her latest addition a Harley Davidson Trike she referred to as “Big Blue”. She was a passionate rider and enjoyed many adventures with her closest friends whom she loved dearly.
Linda had a sincere and genuine connection with many people in her life. She valued friendship and time spent with family but her most treasured time was spent with her three grandchildren. She loved taking them to Plymouth for the day, having sleepovers, movie nights, and never missed an opportunity to attend a school event or celebration. She truly loved and adored her grandchildren with all of her heart and created a special bond with each of them.
Her beautiful smile and warm loving presence made an everlasting impression on everyone she met. Her selfless love, affection, and devotion to her family will be forever felt and missed.
Visiting hours will be held at the Conley Funeral home 138 Belmont Street Brockton on Wednesday November 1, 2023, from 4-8 p.m. The procession will gather at the funeral home on Thursday at 9:30 a.m. for a funeral mass at 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Brockton.
