Mary Teresa Harrington, 82, of West Roxbury, MA, passed away on October 14, 2023 after a long illness.
Mary grew up in West Roxbury, and attended Emmanuel College and graduated from Boston Business School. She worked in business administration for many years. She will be remembered by her family for her love of gift giving and traveling extensively with her friends and family in her younger years.
Mary leaves behind many loving family members: her sister, Patricia (Jack) Bench of Harwich Port, MA, and brother, Richard (Jean) Harrington of Naples FL. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her loving parents Timothy and Catherine Harrington, and her brother Paul Harrington.
Visiting hours will be held at the Gormley Funeral Home 2055 Centre St. West Roxbury, from 10-11 am on October 26th, followed by a service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name may be made to the charity of your choice.
