Teresa Oliva, of East Boston, passed away peacefully on Monday, October 23rd. She was 66. Born and raised in East Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late Bartholomeo and Rose (Comunale) Oliva.
Teresa loved her family and was the socialite of all her family parties. She enjoyed dancing and bowling. Teresa’s family would love to thank the Connors House staff and friends for treating Teresa as their own family member and the Kaplan House staff for their care as well.
Teresa was the dear sister of the late Vincent Oliva and his late wife Suzanne. She was the caring aunt of Tracy Murray and her husband Frank, of Medford, Caitlyn Murray and her fiancé Brendan O’Brien, Erin Murray, Greg Oliva and his wife Dawn, and Kryssy, Kyle and Corey. She was the loving niece of Vincent Oliva, Helen Famolare and Ann DeBellis.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Friday, October 27th from 10 AM to 11AM followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in Saint Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Winthrop Cemetery, Winthrop.
