CORNISH- Sharon Ann Hopwood, age 77, passed away on Oct. 19, 2023, at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Philadelphia, PA on Oct. 10, 1946, a daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Schauffele) Brown.
Sharon will forever be remembered for her strong work ethic and willingness to help others.
She is predeceased by her son- Geoffrey in 2015; and her brother- Henry Brown Jr.
Sharon is survived by her husband- Joseph Hopwood; siblings- Donald and Ann; and a grandson- Gavin.
A memorial service to celebrate Sharon's life will be held on Tuesday Oct. 24, at 3 PM at the Poitras, Neal & York Funeral Home, 71 Maple St., Cornish.
