Anna Marie Baldree Turner, 60, of Tifton passed away Sunday, October 15, 2023, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Her funeral service will be held for Mrs. Turner at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Joseph L. Crumley officiating. Mrs. Turner will be laid to rest at a later date. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 18, 2023, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals immediately following the service.
Born August 29, 1963, in Tifton, Mrs. Turner was the daughter of the late James Walter Baldree and Margaret Holder Baldree. She was also preceded in death by her husband, John William Turner; two brothers, Shelton Baldree and Johnny Baldree; and two sisters, Angelia Avalos and Julie Ann Samples. She was employed as a cashier at FoodMax and Piggly Wiggly. She loved to help take care of her family and she loved to cook for everyone.
Mrs. Turner is survived by three daughters and one son-in-law, Kathleen and Shorty Martinez, Angel Marie Turner and Maria Dominguez, all of Tifton; two brothers, Jackie Baldree of Tifton and James Baldree, Jr. of Nashville; and three grandchildren, Kiko Martinez, Kruz Martinez and Julia Turner.
