Flannery, Theresa I. (Larkin) Age 93 of Boston, MA passed away peacefully in her home on September 29th, 2023 from natural causes.
Theresa was born in South Boston on October 3, 1929, to the late John and Margaret Larkin who had emigrated from Scotland.
She was the beloved wife of the late John “Tubby” Flannery also of South Boston and mother to the late Robert Flannery, James Flannery, John Flannery, Theresa Tarasuik, Margaret Flannery and is survived by her son Michael Flannery and his wife of many years Theresa McDonald of Quincy, MA.
Theresa was a housewife for most of her life and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren, she also enjoyed going to upstate New York, looking for yard sales, watching game shows and reruns of classic sitcoms.
A funeral mass will be held at Devine Mercy Parish St Ann’s Church in Quincy, Friday, Oct 13 at 10am. followed by The Common Market from 11:30am-2:30pm.
