It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of eleven-month old Royalty Renee Sanford on Saturday October 7, 2023.
A forehead kiss from Mom and Dad
We joked, we played, we cried, we laughed
Contagious love for whom you knew
A smile so bright it filled the darkest of rooms
Oh how messy watermelon can be
Your favorite of favorites no other than thee
Missing that touch from the tiniest hands
As heaven’s gates open, hold tight on God’s hand

Mommy and Daddy’s hearts were not.
Royalty touch the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She leaves to mourn her passing, her loving parents, Taysha Leigh Gaylor and Elijah Shakur Sanford; her siblings, Asaiah and Aviyani; her grandmother, Kristen Frenette and her husband Tyhon Pina; her great-grandparents, Janet and Rick Frenette; and aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday October 12th at 11 AM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford. Her family will receive visitors from 10-11 AM prior to the service.
