Theresa M. (Chase) Crocker, of Woburn passed away unexpectedly, Monday, October 9, 2023, at the age of 44. Born in Melrose she was the beloved daughter of Richard L. Chase and his wife Mary-Jo of Woburn, Rita F. Chase and her companion Robert Malek of Salem, NH.
Theresa was raised and educated in Woburn and was a 1998 graduate of Woburn Memorial High School. Theresa most recently worked for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Care Giver helping mentally challenged people. She also worked for periods of time with Amtrak and the FedEx Companies. Over the years she enjoyed family vacations at Newfound Lake in New Hampshire, She enjoyed listening to music and took great comfort in her strong Catholic faith. Theresa will fondly be remembered as a giving person with a big heart and for her never-ending compassion toward others.
In addition to her parents, Theresa is survived by her siblings; Richard Chase and his wife Nicole, Dianne Chase and her companion Sean Dolan, Patrick Finn and his wife Annalisa, all of Woburn, Colleen DiMambro and her husband John of Billerica. She was the loving aunt of Nicole and Anthony DiMambro, Angelo Finn, Lily and Mila Chase. She is further survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family members.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Saturday, October, 14th, from 2 to 6 p.m. Services will conclude with a prayer service beginning at 6 p.m. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Theresa's memory to the McLean Hospital 115 Mill St. Belmont, MA 02478 or www.mcleanhospital.org
