In Wareham, Joseph LeMay, age 60, passed away at home peacefully while surrounded by his loving family on October 4, 2023. Joseph was the loving husband of Cathy (Demers) LeMay of Wareham. He was born in Boston, the son of Susan (Powers) LeMay of Raynham and his late father Joseph A. LeMay.
Joseph was a resident of Wareham since 1990. He attended Raynham schools and Bridgewater Raynham Regional High School. Joseph enjoyed camping, fishing, boating, riding his motorcycle, being a fan of the Boston sports teams, loved his Beagles, and above all cherished his time with his friends and family.
In addition to his wife Cathy, Joseph leaves his children; Joseph M. LeMay, Corrin M. LeMay, and Shellianne LeMay all of Wareham. He also leaves his grandson Antonio Chaves of Wareham and his siblings; Patterson J. LeMay of Raynham, Susan Bourget of Wareham, and Kellianne Pritchard of Wareham. He is also survived by many niece, nephews and cousins.
Funeral home visiting hours will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Saturday, October 14th from 9-11 am. A funeral home service will be at 11 am.
