Blanca H. Flores, 57 of Worcester, MA unexpectedly passed away at her home on Wednesday, October 4th, 2023.
Blanca was born in El Salvador in 1965 to Blanca Lidia Benitez Flores and Oscar Flores. She came to the U.S. in the 80's, made Worcester her home, and later became a U.S. Citizen. She had an unwavering sense of independence that guided her. She was caring, warm and thoughtful, yet a true force to be reckoned with. Blanca was always happy, filled with humor and joy and had a contagious laugh. She was the life of the party with a true guerrera attitude. Blanca was adventurous at her core.
Her passions ranged from fashion to music and dancing, yet her greatest accomplishment was being the best daughter, sister, mother and friend. She demonstrated love and care by always being present and attentive to those around her. She was kind and selflessly poured into others. She was always there to lend a hand with cariño and encouragement. Her generous spirit is one to admire, allowing her to lay a loving and warm foundation for her family. She leaves behind a community of friends and family who will cherish her memory by embodying the values that made her special.
Blanca was preceded in death by her mother and is survived by: her father; her children: Dennis Flores, David Ventura Flores and his fiance Danielle Pinto, and Liliana Herrera-Flores and her partner Walter Pineda; her siblings: Oscar Flores, Irma Flores, and Ricardo Flores; and one grandchild: David Batista Ventura Jr.

Blanca nació en El Salvador en 1965, hija de Blanca Lidia Benítez Flores y Oscar Flores. Ella llegó a los Estados Unidos en los años 80 e hizo de Worcester su hogar, haciendose cuidadana poco despues. Tenía un inquebrantable sentido de independencia que la guiaba: era un simbolo de fuerza que hay que reconocer. Blanca siempre estaba alegre, llena de humor y alegría y tenía una risa contagiosa. Era el alma de la fiesta con una verdadera actitud guerrera. Blanca era aventurera en su esencia. Sus pasiones iban desde la moda hasta la música y el baile, pero su mayor logro fue ser la mejor hija, hermana, madre y amiga. Blanca demostró amor y cuidado al estar siempre presente y atenta a quienes la rodeaban. Era amable y se entregaba a los demás. Siempre estaba ahí para echar una mano con cariño y ánimo. Su espíritu generoso es para admirar, y permitio sentar una base amorosa y cálida para su familia. Ella deja atrás una comunidad de amigos y familiares que atesorarán su memoria encarnando los valores que la hicieron especial.
Blanca fue precedida en la muerte por su madre y le sobreviven: su padre; sus hijos: Dennis Flores, David Ventura Flores y su prometida Danielle Pinto, y Liliana Herrera Flores y su pareja Walter Pineda; sus hermanos: Oscar Flores, Irma Flores y Ricardo Flores; y un nieto: David Batista Ventura Jr.
