Joseph B. Craven Jr. of Dedham, October 4, 2023. Former husband of Julie A. (Deschenes) Craven. Devoted father of James J. Craven of Quincy and Jillian Craven of Raleigh, NC. Son of the late Joseph and Margaret (Harnedy) Craven. Brother of the late Rosemary Toppi.
Joseph was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Mount Pleasant Council 98, West Roxbury and the Dedham Moose Lodge.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St., Dedham on Monday, Oct. 9 from 3-7pm. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery, West Roxbury.
