Beverly Ann White, 48, of Whitinsville, MA, passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, September 30, 2023. Born in Taunton, MA on March 22, 1975, to her mother Deborah Ann (White) Smith of Taunton, MA. Beverly grew up in Phoenix, AZ with her mother and late grandparents Natalie White (Nana) William White (Big Da) Beverly adored her Nana and Big Da.
Beverly later returned to the East Coast where she gave birth to both her daughters. Her greatest joy was being their mother. Raising her girls in a home sounded with Leann Rimes, Faith Hill and Shania Twain in the background while she cooked the most delicious meals, with the smell of buttercream Yankee candles. Stimulating all senses, her daughters will be reminded of her easily and in her honor have brought up their own children (Beverly’s grandchildren) with very similar smells, sounds and meals, not as good though of course.
Beverly’s greatest joy was every precious moment she could spend with her family, especially her grand babies. Beverly was the devoted mother of Ashley (White) Elsner of Riverside, RI and Alexis (Kirker) Baumunk of Mansfield, MA. The most loving grandmother to Reese Baumunk, Finley Boss-Baumunk, Natalia Elsner and Emilia Elsner. Beverly was the loving wife of Michael Hanna of Whitinsville, MA. Beverly was the Sister-in-law of Deborah Hanna-Kearney and James Kearney of Douglas, MA, Kimberly and Rick Wittenberg of Northbridge, MA. The Daughter-in-law of Marilyn Hanna of Whitinsville, MA. Beverly also leaves behind her sisters Desiree Moore of Omak, WA and Cindy Smith of Phoenix, AZ. Beverly was the aunt of Wynter Moore of Omak, WA. Beverly is remembered by Son-in-law Michael Elsner and Daughter-in-law Victoria Fagan, Aunt Patricia and Uncle Brian Martel of Freetown, MA, Aunt Paula and Doug Baxendale of Berkley, MA.
Beverly will be remembered for her infectious smile, belligerent humor and her love for the ocean. We love you mommy.
Funeral home visitation will be held at the O’Keefe Wade Funeral Home, 70 Washington St., Taunton, MA 02780 on Thursday, Oct. 12th from 9-11 am Burial will follow at Mayflower Hill Cemetery in Taunton.
