Donald A. Swentinckus, age 73, passed away on September 28, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center. He was born on October 17, 1949 in Springfield, son of the late Alfred and Ethel (Olson) Swentinckus. He worked as a shop foreman for over 40 years before he retired from Oliver Auto Body Shop. He enjoyed restoring cars and going to car shows. In his younger days he enjoyed riding his horse Charlie. He is survived by his wife Bonnie (Cote) Swentinckus of Chicopee; 2 sons, Donald Swentinckus Jr of Chicopee and Michael Swentinckus and his wife Marissa of Chicopee; 1 daughter, Tina Swentinckus of Palmer; 2 sisters, Linda Tolson of Wilbraham and Maryann Brown and her husband Steven of Springfield.
