LIMERICK- Gail Ellen Richardson Dockendorff, age 64, passed away at her home surrounded by loved ones on Oct. 2, 2023.
She was born in Saco on February 23, 1959.
Gail attended special needs programs at the former Waban program. She was involved with programs there from age 8 until she retired at the age of 62.
She will always be remembered for the joy she had doing crafts, gardening, singing, playing UNO, and being at the senior water aerobics class.
In her early years, Gail enjoyed participating in the Special Olympics, especially the long jump competition.
She is predeceased by her father- Gary W. Richardson.
Gail is survived by her mother- Gladys L. Brackett of Limerick; siblings- Terriann Chapman and her husband Myron of TN, Kenneth G. Dockendorff and his wife Heidi of Dixmont, and Dana Lynn Hamilton and her husband Erick of Springvale; and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Gail's life will be held amongst her close friends and family.
