Erin M. Haynes, age 24, passed away on Sept. 26, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 7, 1998 in Springfield, daughter of the late Valerie Bunn. Erin attended the Chicopee High School and loved painting. She aspired to be an artist and loved swimming. She also loved Disney movies and her favorite things were rainbows, mermaids, princesses, unicorns and making pizza with her sister Erica. She is survived by her father Duwayne Haynes of CT; her uncle and caretaker Gerald Bunn of Chicopee; 3 brothers, Eric Haynes and his wife Renee of FL, Duwane Haynes of Fl and Donovan Haynes of CT; 2 sisters, Erica Haynes of Chicopee and Daneja Haynes of CT; 2 uncles Daryll Bunn and Orville Haynes; 6 aunts, Carmen Bunn, Cheryl Figueroa, Althea Haynes, Andrea Haynes, Selma Francis, Jean Nixon along with many cousins who will miss her dearly. Calling hours will take place on Friday, Oct. 6, 2023 from 12:00 – 2:00 PM at the Grise Funeral Home 280 Springfield St, Chicopee. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
