Darlene Y. (Moisan) Kosak, age 64, passed away on September 27, 2023. She was born on March 18, 1959 in Springfield, daughter of the late Rene and Marie Jane (Paulhus) Moisan. She is predeceased by her son Joshua Hart who passed away in 2006 and also by her sister Patricia Slosek and her great grandchild Annette. She is survived by her daughter Faith Hart-Breton and her husband Christopher of Chicopee; 2 brothers, Kevin Moisan and his wife Grace of Chicopee and Brian Moisan of Chicopee; 2 sisters Marie Pires and her husband Mark of Chester and Denise Harrison and her husband John of Connecticut; 4 grandchildren Brandon Hart, Kaitlynn Hart, Mickenzy Breton and wife Nicole and Corbin Breton; 2 great grandchildren, Elijah and Elise. She also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours are the morning of the funeral, Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2023 from 9-11 AM at the Grise Funeral Home, 280 Springfield St, Chicopee followed by an in house prayer service at 11:00.
