LACONIA ----Bradley “Brad” Langdon Wallace Jr. was a devoted husband, admired father, adored grandfather, and loyal family member that will be sadly missed and fondly remembered. Brad passed on September 7, 2023, at the age of 76, after a prolonged bout with pancreatic cancer. He spent his final days in his home surrounded by loved ones.
Brad was born in Laconia, N.H. on June 12, 1947, to the late Bradley L. Wallace, Sr. and Barbara M. (Flynn) Wallace. He never strayed too far from his hometown where he lived a life committed to his faith and family.
Brad was a member of the Living Hope Lakeport church (formerly Evangelical Baptist Church) for over 50 years. He worked for Vernitron/Beau Interconnect as a supervisor and facilities engineer, and spent his free time at home with his wife Linda and kids: Rhonda, Brad and Becky. Brad married Linda in June of 1969, and was her steadfast soulmate through to his last breath. He was an avid fisherman that routinely shared laughs and wisdom with his kids and grandkids while untangling lines and resetting bobbers. He found peace in the woods and would go for walks amongst the trees to talk with God or anyone else lucky enough to join him. He remained a doting son to his parents throughout their lives and it was a safe bet you’d find him at their house if you couldn’t find him at his own. He was the perfect grandfather, and took great pleasure in cheering on his six grandkids throughout their numerous sporting events and academic achievements.
Brad is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Linda (Wright) Wallace; daughter, Rhonda Wallace; son, Bradley Wallace IV and his wife Lisa Wallace; and daughter, Rebecca Hussey and her husband Richard Hussey III. He also leaves behind sisters, Marsha Newton and her husband Ralph, and Patricia LeBlanc; brothers-in-law, Andy Cisinski, Maurice Wright, and Robert Wright; sisters-in-law, Patricia Downs, Elaine King, and Carol Welch; six grandchildren, Bradley Wallace V, Grace Wallace, Richard Hussey IV, Kate Hussey, Tyler Hussey, and Luke Hussey; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Bradley was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen Cisinski; father-in-law, Percy Wright; and mother-in-law Germaine Pratte and her husband Yvon Pratte.
