Deborah Ellen Duff Finch, 68, of Tifton passed away Monday, September 18, 2023, at South Georgia Rehabilitation Center in Tifton. A private funeral service and burial will be held for Mrs. Finch at a later date.
Born November 28, 1954, in Syracuse, New York, Mrs. Finch was the daughter of the late John Duff and Ellen Joan Duff. She was also preceded in death by one brother, David Duff; and one sister, Anita Smith. Before retiring, she was a registered nurse and worked at Tift Regional Medical Center for 32 years. She loved her grandkids; she loved the Florida Gators, the Atlanta Braves; and she loved the beach. She was a member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church in Tifton.
Mrs. Finch is survived by her husband, James Lonnie Finch of Tifton; one son and daughter-in-law, James Anthony and Marion Finch of Tifton; one daughter, Jennifer Miller Finch of Oregon; two brothers, Tim Duff of Gainesville, Florida and Mark Duff of Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Brittney Wimsatt, Josie Miller, Joshua Miller, Jaimee Finch and Brannen Finch; and two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Kaison.
