Robert A. Cinelli, 73

Robert A. Cinelli, age 73, of Norton, passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, September 4, 2023. He was the beloved husband of Pamela M. (Conant) Cinelli, to whom he was wed on April 26, 1975.
Born in Attleboro, MA on August 9, 1950, he was a loving son of the late Robert F. and Gladys I. (Andrews) Cinelli.
Bob grew up in Mansfield, was a 1968 graduate of Mansfield High School and a graduate of the Massachusetts Trade Shop School. During the Vietnam War, he proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. Following four years of faithful service, he was honorably discharged with the rank of EN2.
Prior to retiring, Bob was a Working Forman for the City of Attleboro Department of Public Works for 10 years and previously was employed for 39 ½ years at the Foxboro Company. He had made his home in Norton for the past forty-nine years.
Bob’s love for family, friends and neighbors was unconditional. While his sons were growing up, he served as a Boy Scout Leader and continued to support local Boy Scout Troops whenever possible. He enjoyed being outdoors, especially giving tractor rides to his grandsons and was a member of the Mansfield & Game Club. Bob helped and enjoyed supporting all Attleboro Community events and will always be remembered for his ability to fix just about anything.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his devoted children: Ryan R. Cinelli and his wife Christine of Wareham, Erin M. Murray and her husband Brian of Mansfield and Justin R. Cinelli and his wife Crystal of Rehoboth. He was the cherished grandfather of Connor Murray and Benjamin Murray. He was the dear brother of Richard M. Cinelli of Mansfield and is also survived by his many loving cousins.
Relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend visiting hours on Tuesday, September 12th from 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home, 55 North Main Street, Mansfield.
His funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 13th at 10:00 A.M. at the Sherman & Jackson Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Spring Brook Cemetery in Mansfield.
