Alice B. Goyer
Alice Beatrice (Marcinkus) Goyer, age 94, widow of David V. Goyer, died on August 30, 2023 in Norton, Massachusetts. Daughter of Victor and Katri Marcinkus, Alice was born in Worcester before moving to Somerset where she lived for over 60 years. Alice was the mother of Dr. Victor Goyer, wife Elizabeth; Katherine Novick, husband Steven Goncalo; and James Goyer, wife, Amy. She was the grandmother of Stephanie, Jacob, Christopher, Jeremy, David, Dylan and Katlyn, and the great-grandmother of Tyler, Connor and Hatcher. Alice was retired from New England Telephone Company and enjoyed family, swimming, walking, nature, history, gardening, and antiques. She was a long-time member of the Congregational Christian Church in Somerset.
Alice will be interred with her deceased husband, a World War II veteran, at the Massachusetts National Veterans Cemetery in Bourne, together in peace resting eternally.
