A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Saturday September 16 in the Ginley Funeral Home of Franklin (www.ginleyfuneralhomes,com) 131 Main Street, Franklin from 2-4 p.m. with a service at 4:00 p.m.
Paul A. Hunchard, Jr. 54, of Walpole formerly of Franklin died August 22 at his home following a long battle with cancer. He was the husband of Shannon (Wright) Hunchard for the past 20 years. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his son Paul R. Hunchard of Walpole and his brother David Hunchard of Franklin.
Born in Milford, October 16, 1968, the son of the late Paul A. and Yvette D. (Paquette) Hunchard, Paul was raised in Franklin and lived in Walpole for the past 20 years.
He was a graduate of Tri County High School.
Paul was a foreman for Sousa and DeMayo Metal Fabricators for many years.
Paul was an avid outdoorsman. He loved to fish and hunt, to ATV and snowmobile he was a member of the Franklin Rod & Gun Club.
He had been an Eagle Scout in his younger days.
