Ralph Francis Santolucito, Jr., age 74, of Medway passed away on Tuesday, August 22nd, at Brigham and Women's Hospital of Boston. Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Ralph F. and Helen (Young) Santolucito. Ralph proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After returning to civilian life he was employed as a maintenance worker for the U.S. Postal Service. Ralph was an avid Patriots fan and enjoyed watching all sports, especially when his grandchildren played. He also loved classic cars, woodworking and building furniture.
Ralph was the beloved husband of Althea (Goss) Santolucito, and the devoted father of Derek Santolucito and his wife Lyssa of Pelham, NH, and Jason Santolucito and his wife Avvani of Medway, MA. He was the loving grandfather of Cameron, Isabella, Aastha and Tanaya Santolucito, and the dear brother of the late Linda McCaul and her late husband Edward. Ralph is survived by his niece Kathy McCaul.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Immaculate Conception Church, 600 Pleasant St., Malden, on Tuesday, August 29th at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Peabody. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 28th, from 4 through 8 PM.
