James W. Kelley, 76, of 1 Rockrimmon Way passed away Wednesday, June 21, in St. Vincent Hospital.

He leaves his wife of 54 years, Rena J. (Smith) Kelley; two daughters, Kathleen D. and her husband Dana J. Lewis of Worcester and June E. and her husband David G. Russell of Oxford; a sister, Joan L. and her husband Leo O. Bernard of Worcester; five grandchildren, April D. Forsman, David G. Russell Jr., Timothy A. Russell, Steven C. Earnest and James M. Earnest and many nieces and nephews. His youngest daughter, Jodie A. Earnest predeceased him. He was born in New York City, son of Lillian C. (Leduc) and Bonidor B. Kelley. and was a US Navy Veteran of the Korean War.

James was a member of the Teamster Union Local 170 since 1949 and worked as a truck driver for Normand’s City Trucking, for many years and retired from ET +L Road Construction.

Visiting hours are Friday, June 23, from 6 to 8pm at CALLAHAN & FAY BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 61 Myrtle St. The burial will be private.
