Agatha Louise “Aggie” Giglio Kip, 69, of Ipswich, MA, passed away Sunday August 13, 2023 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA after a courageous battle with cancer. Aggie was born September 24,1953 in Methuen, MA, a daughter of the late Carmelo and Dorothy (Rapisarda) Furnari. She received her ungraduate degree from the University of NH and a Masters’ degree from UMass Framingham.
Aggie was a Registered Dietician and worked at Phillips Andover Academy for 43 dedicated years. Her contagious smile and funny disposition always left those around her laughing. She loved being at the beach, biking and walking along the shoreline in her hometown of Ipswich, MA.
Members of the family include her husband of 30 years, Nicholas Kip of Ipswich, MA; her sister Sandra Hoffman and niece Kimberly Wade of Londonderry, NH; as well as many cousins and good friends.
Following cremation, a Celebration of Aggie’s life is being planned for a later date. Donations in her name can be made to the Dana-Farber Jimmy Fund, https://www.jimmyfund.org. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry and Londonderry are assisting the family with arrangements.
