Lee S. Thomas, 79, of Londonderry, NH, died peacefully Sunday, August 13, 2023, in his home with his wife by his side. He was born on April 29, 1944 in Middletown, NY, a son of Stanley Thomas and Jeanette (Lewis) Freeman.
Lee served as a proud member of the U.S. Air Force prior to becoming a Surgical Technician. He worked for Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA for 40 years.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Wilma Moses of Londonderry; three sons, Timothy Martin of Cape Coral, FL, Lee "Papo" Thomas of Middletown, NY, Anthony Thomas of Boston, MA; two brothers, Bishop Robert Smith of Middletown, NY, Benjamin Delaney of Alexandria, VA; two sisters, Hannah Sparks of Jonesboro, GA, Elizabeth Rivers of Middletown, NY, as well as several grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Funeral services will be held at a later date in Middletown, NY. The burial will be in Washingtonville Cemetery, Washingtonville, NY
