ROBINSON Walter “Buddy” of Dedham, formerly of Jamaica Plain, passed away on July 29, 2023. Beloved husband of the late Anne (Singer) Robinson. Devoted father of Steven Robinson of North Attleboro, Thomas and his wife Jane of Walpole, Walter Robinson and his wife Nancy of Foxboro, Anne Mayer and her husband George of Millbury, and Paul Robinson and his wife Ann of Dedham. Loving grandfather of Corey, Matthew, Katie, Shannon, Eric, Alan, Fred, Michael, Paul, and Laura. Great-grandfather of Aniela, Greyson, Ava Grace, and Hayes. Dear brother of Tom Robinson, Hank Robinson, Laura Rooney, Charles Robinson, and the late William Robinson, Hazel Barry, Anna Graziano, and James Robinson. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Buddy served as a Marine in the Korean Conflict. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local #25. Buddy enjoyed his last years at Bridges by Epoch in Westwood, and the Robinson family would like to thank the staff for their care and attention.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Wednesday, August 2nd from 11am-1pm, followed by a funeral service in the funeral home beginning at 1pm. Interment private.
