Miss Theresa S. Cimon, 86, passed away on July 24, 2023, at Lowell General Hospital. The daughter of the late Joseph and Yvonne (Barthel) Cimon, she graduated from St. Jeanne D’arc and St. Joseph High Schools. Theresa served honorably in the United States Navy in the legal department at Naval Air Station Quonset Point, RI. Upon returning to the Lowell area, she worked at Megowen Educator, Pleasant Dress Co., and retired from M/A Com in Lowell. Theresa played golf with the Highlander League, bowled with the Hi-Lo’s at Brunswick Lanes in Lowell, enjoyed listening to her extensive collection of 45’s. She was proud of her membership in the Disabled American Veterans, St. Jude Children Hospital, the Miraculous Medal Society, and the Sacred Heart League. Theresa was a great fan of the Red Sox and Patriots and loved to spend time with her family and friends. She was predeceased by five brothers: Morel “Whitey” Cimon, Lionel “Nel” Cimon, Robert (Bob) Cimon, Henry Cimon, and Paul Cimon. Four sisters: Irene Fournier, Doris Vallois, Loretta DeCarolis, Cecile Thomas. Theresa is survived by her sister-in-law, Fernand (Fern) Cimon, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
