Salvador "Chava" Orozco Fernandez, 57, of Oxnard, passed away on the Thursday, July 20th, in Las Vegas, Nevada. Salvador was born in Purépero, Michoacán to Maria Guadalupe Fernandez Aguilar and Salvador Orozco Fernandez on the 29th of October 1966. He came to the United States, married Brenda Cancino in 1990, and had four beautiful children; Carlos Fabian, Andrew, Christian, and Ashley.
Salvador took the initiative as a father to those who needed him the most; Sheila Barry, Zobeyda Farias, Jose Soto, Francisco Soto, Jose Elias Mejia, and various others. He taught them to ride a bike, gave them guidance, and loved and protected them. Salvador was a grandfather to Everly, Junior, Brandon, and Julia, who viewed him with respect and admiration. A man of all trades with unlimited skills and knowledge, Salvador was everyone's go-to man for help repairing their car, renovating their homes, or getting a second opinion on a big financial/life decision. Everyone respected his opinion and always took his advice to heart. He loved everyone, and everyone loved him. There was no job too big or too small for him. He just wanted everyone to be happy and get what they needed.
