Ralph Charles, was called home after a brief illness on July 12, 2023 surrounded by family and close friends. A long time Everett resident and graduate of Everett High School. Ralph was known to be a talented writer and loved all things history. You could find him “doing the damn thing” and frequently wearing one his favorite “old man sweaters”, while taking one of his many daily walks. He loved to dance and enjoyed all genres of music while performing his infamous “two step”. Ralph had a passion for music and poetry. Ralph was always known as a kind and giving person, who would light up any room he entered. His infectious laugh and ability to see the good in everyone and everything was something to be admired.
Ralph is survived by his daughter Chauntelle Fagone, his mother, Evelyne Charles and father Eddy Charles, his brother Sterly Charles, sister Ketell Charles, brother Rolls Charles and twin sister Fabiola Charles, Nieces: Kwanecha Charles, Cydnee Charles, Aaliyah Charles, Starbella Charles, Kamiya Charles and Octavia Charles, Nephews: Kwamay Charles, Kymauri Charles, Malaki Charles, Malcolm Charles, Marven Charles, Aiden Charles, and Isiah Charles. Ralph is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visiting hours will be held at the A. J. Spadafora Funeral Home 865 Main St. Malden, MA on Friday, July 28, 2023 from 4-8pm (Formal attire not required)
Funeral Services will be held at Immaculate Conception Church 487 Broadway, Everett, MA. on Saturday, July 29, 2023.
Mass will be from 10-11am. Funeral procession will start promptly at Spadafora’s Funeral Home at 9am. (Dark blue attire preferable in honor of Ralph’s favorite color)
Reception will be held at the Holiday Inn, 1 Newbury St, Peabody, MA. 01960 at 12pm.
