BUXTON- Joshua Carl Cox, age 40, passed away at his home unexpectedly on July 17th, 2023.
He was born in Portland on Dec. 18, 1982, and attended Bonny Eagle High School.
Josh worked at Aero and Tech Air for many years.
He will forever be remembered for the enjoyment he had fishing, camping, boating, being with his friends and most importantly- his family.
Josh is predeceased by a daughter- Kearnna Cox.
He is survived by his parents- Carl “Chipper” and Elizabeth “Betty” (Tapley) Cox; children- Devin, Robert, Austin, and Maeve Cox; and a brother- Andrew Cox.
A service will be held on Thursday July 27 at 3 PM at the Chad E. Poitras Cremation and Funeral Service Chapel, 498 Long Plains Road (Rt. 22) in Buxton. Burial will follow at Dow’ Corner Cemetery in Standish.
