Katherine Grace Kelley - June 22, 1965 - July 15, 2023, Katherine lived in the communities of Arlington, Jamaica Plain, Scituate, Salem and Boston. She was a member of the Arlington Street Universal Unitarian Church in Boston for many years. She enjoyed animals, music, reading, poetry and theatre arts, with a great affection for faeries, and mythical creatures. Also known as Kate, Katherine had a great interest in ancient Celtic religions, and she was a strong advocate for women’s rights and social justice in general. The walls of her apartment were adorned with cards from family and friends, along with beautiful pictures of nature, flowers, faeries and animals—all illuminated by flickering candle light and strings of white lights. Katherine was pre-deceased by her parents Dan and Virginia, and her brothers James and Timothy. She is survived by her brother Dan and sister-in-law Marianne, her sister Elizabeth, her nephew Steven and his partner Beth, and her nephew Brian.
Katherine faced many challenges in her life which she met with a fighting spirit and great determination to be independent. She is already missed. The wake and funeral will be private.
