Obituary

WEBSTER – Lorette R. (Boudreau) Gogolinski, 81, died Friday, July 7, 2023 in the presence of her family. Her husband of 44 years, James J. Gogolinski, died in 2008.

She leaves a daughter, Carol A Kondek and her husband Brian with whom she lived; a son, James D. Gogolinski and his wife Stacy of Jefferson, ME; 4 grandchildren, Amanda Kondek, Jillian Kondek, Cheyenne Ross and her husband Ryan, and Ty Gogolinski; 2 brothers, Ronald Boudreau and his wife Bea of Charlton, and Paul Boudreau and his wife Barbara of Worcester, 4 sisters-in-law, Suzanne, Virginia and Rosemary Gogolinski, and Katherine Boudreau; nieces, nephews and close friends. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Richard and Robert Boudreau.

She was born on June 14, 1942 in Worcester and raised in the Grafton Hill area, a daughter of Dolor and Juliette (Cyr) Boudreau and graduated from Saint Stephen’s High School. She lived in Webster for many years.

Mrs. Gogolinski first worked as a secretary at the Office of the City Clerk in Worcester. After raising her family, she was a cashier at Big D. She retired as the cash office supervisor at Price Chopper in 2010.

Lorette was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica. She enjoyed traveling, reading, playing cards, visiting family and friends and occasional trips to the casino. Her favorite activity was spending time with her grandchildren.

Her funeral will be held Wednesday, July 12, from the Sitkowski, Malboeuf and Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Tuesday, July 11, in the funeral home. Donations in her name may be made to Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570.
