Dorothy E. (Parsons) Rubbicco passed gracefully at home on Monday July 3, 2023. Surrounded by her daughters, Dot left this world to join her late husband, Peter A. Rubbicco, her parents, Frank and Mary Parsons, and her cherished daughter and granddaughter, Jeanne Robinson and Terri Luanna da Silva.
Born in her beloved Provincetown, MA, Dot was the heartbeat of her family, leaving an indelible imprint on everyone she met. A devoted daughter, sister, wife, and mother, Dot moved to Medford, MA where she worked alongside her husband at his cab company as a radio operator and special needs driver.
Dot cherished family above all else. Widowed at 38, she selflessly raised five extraordinary daughters, all while working full time to support them. She inspired them to transform life’s pain into beauty through her boundless love, endless patience, relentless fortitude, unwavering support, and voracious love of life.
Dot’s legacy of passionately living life with open arms and loving extravagantly will continue on in the lives of all she touched.
