Rosemary “Terry” Quinnie was born on May 27, 1946 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Ollie and Adrina Williams. She walked in the grace of God with a gentleness and a positive spirit that made all those around her feel loved and valued. She extended her motherly love and compassion for others outside of her family. She was a mother who was a teacher of faith, a giver of hope and was a precious gift from God who loved the lord, her family and community.
Terry gave her life to the lord in 1985. At the urging of the Lord, she attended the Keys of the Kingdom Bible Institute in 1986, shortly after she became a prominent member of the Keys of the Kingdom in 1987, after continued studies she graduated from the Keys of the Kingdom Bible Institute in 1990. She faithfully and joyfully served in many capacities in their church such as working as a Media Support Technician, Liturgical Praise Instructor, Assistant Vacation Bible School Teacher to Diane Williams and a Traveling Companion of Apostle Burton on a number of ministry and vacation trips to places like New Jersey, Jamaica and the West Indies, just to name a few. Within the last 4 years she became a reverend of Perfecting Life Ministries. She was blessed with so many wonderful talents and gifts which she was willing to share with others.
Terry was preceded in death by her loving husband Larry Quinnie, her sister Ollie Mae Morris and her granddaughter Ayana Quinnie.
She will be sorely missed and survived by her two sons, Yuri (Terissa) Quinnie and their children, Ashley, William (Tulsa), Yuri II, Javon, Jordon, Xavier, Londyn and their grandchildren, Aiden, Zion and Khari. Taj (Tamesha) Quinnie and their children, Joshua (Wilmarie), Joseph, Jacob, Elizabeth (William) and their grandchildren, Noah, Nevaeh, Michael, Joshua Jr, and Levi. She also leaves behind her sister Diane Williams; three nieces and three nephews, Adrienne, Nyasha, Ayisha, Victor, Derek and Terran; a dear friend, Serena Tackoor; goddaughter, Tara Christmas as well as host of other beloved relatives and friends.
Terry was a beautiful, strong, determined, fiercely independent woman of God who left us with some impactful memories. Although our hearts are heavy, we will celebrate her life and find comfort that she is in heaven watching over us.
