Driscoll, Joseph Patrick (Retired Deputy Superintendent of the Boston Police) of Walpole, formerly of Brighton and West Roxbury passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on June 26, 2023. Born in Boston on July 25, 1945, the son of the late James and Agnes (Delaney) Driscoll. Beloved husband of Judith (Gobbi) Driscoll with whom he shared 49 years of marriage. Loving father of Elaine Driscoll-Holbrook and husband Luke Holbrook (Sergeant, Boston Police) of Canton. Adoring Grandfather of Shane Holbrook. Dear brother of John (Merrilyn) Driscoll of Canada; James (Edna) Driscoll of Cape Coral, Fl; Joan (Tom) Lynch of Naples, Fl; Maureen (Denis) Clifford of Canton and Eileen Driscoll of Medfield. Brother-in-law of Barbara DiRusso of Randolph; Robert (Ginny) Gobbi of Arizona; the late Victor and his surviving wife Susan Gobbi of Coral Springs, Fl. and the late Richard and his surviving wife Patricia Gobbi of Hyannis. Cousin to Mary Twomey and her late husband John of Milton. Also survived by numerous beloved nieces, nephews and dear friends. Visiting hours in the William J.
