Dawn A. (Thompson) Pynn, 56, of Chepachet, passed away peacefully after declining health at HopeHealth Hospice and Palliative Care on June 19, 2023. Born in Woonsocket, she was a daughter of Lewis Thompson of Harrisville and the late Janice (Seider) Thompson.
She was the wife of Ronald A. Pynn, Jr.. Besides her husband, she leaves her three sons: Daniel Thompson of Chepachet, Brandon Pynn (Meranda Daigle) of Burrillville and Colin Pynn (Averee Bailey) also of Chepachet. She was predeceased by her son, Kevin Bonin. Dawn is also survived by her three brothers: Lewis Thompson and his wife, Paula of Pascoag, Timothy Thompson and his wife, Amy of Glendale and Shane Thompson of Woonsocket, two sister-in-laws: Rhonda Digilio and her husband, Tom and Wendy Pynn. In additon, she leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Dawn was employed as a Customer Service Representative at Columbia Threadneedle Investments. She took great pride in her work to best service her customers. She will always be remembered for her love of cooking and hosting family gatherings. She enjoyed listening to Country Music. She especially enjoyed spending her days at the ocean. Block Island was her favorite place to make memories with family and friends.
At her request, private services will be held. A Celebration of Life will be planned at a later date.
