Mr. Dermot J. Kelly, a longtime resident of Andover, passed away at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center in Burlington on Thursday, June 8, 2023; he was 71 years old. Born in Camden, New Jersey, he was the son of the late Kevin and Stella (McNeill) Kelly.
Dermot was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He is survived by his loving wife Laurie A. Wallace, his son, Devin and wife Maura (Craig) Kelly, his grandchildren Cara and Quinn Kelly, and his daughter Katie Kelly and her partner Panagiotis Fotiadis.
He was a graduate of Northeastern University and had a deep passion and love for learning. He founded DJK and Associates Inc. and worked as a Civil Engineer for many years.
In his spare time, Dermot enjoyed traveling and learning French. He was an avid fan of the Celtics and enjoyed listening to the Rolling Stones.
