CHERRY VALLEY___Jacob S. Fontanez, 32, of Cherry Valley, formerly of Worcester passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023 in UMASS – Memorial Medical Center, University Campus.
Jacob was born in Worcester and is survived by his daughters, Niallyse Fontanez, twins, Janeya Fontanez and Janalia Fontanez and his step son, Savion Calderon. He also leaves his mother, Sonia Rivera, his sisters, Maria Roman and Jocelyn Hernandez, his brother, David Fontanez and nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his father, David Fontanez and by a brother, Darell Tolson.
Jacob loved his family and spending time with his children. He was very humble. He loved styling hair, playing handball and riding and fixing dirtbikes.
Calling hours in HENRY – DIRSA FUNERAL HOME, 33 Ward Street Worcester are Friday, June 16, 2023 from 4:00 to 6:00 PM and again on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Burial in Hope Cemetery will be held privately.
