LACONIA ---- Christina “Chrissy” Marie (Kraft) Marion, 44, of Apple Ridge Rd, passed away on Thursday, May 04, 2023 at Concord Hospital-Laconia from pneumonia and a lifelong battle of Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy. She was a resident at Apple Ridge Group home for many years.
She was born on August 30, 1978 in Baltimore, Maryland, to George F. Kraft, Jr. and the late Margaret Rose (Ferguson)(Kraft) Gebhard.
She is survived by her husband George W. Marion, Jr.; son Matthew W. Marion; father-in-law Fred Marion; brother-in-law Paul Marion; father George F. Kraft, Jr. and step-mother Arlene Kraft; brother George F. Kraft III; step-brother Christopher Newman; Uncle and Aunt Larry and Penny Breeding; Aunts Evelyn Robinson and Pat Sprigg; Aunt Tina Ferguson; many cousins; and guardian Rose Ann Kraft.
Christina was predeceased by her mother Margaret Rose Gebhard, her mother-in-law Cheryl Marion, Uncle Harry B. Ferguson, and her paternal and maternal grandparents.
A small Celebration of Life luncheon is being planned to gather close family and friends.
The family would like to thank all the staff at Apple Ridge and Lakes Regional Community Services for the many years of thoughtful and dedicated care.
