Louise M. Savastano, 93, formerly of Harrisville, RI, died Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Beebe Health Care in Lewes, Delaware. She was the widow of Raymond R. Savastano who died in March, 2022. They had been married for 62 years.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Asdur and Anna (Pacheco) Ladefian. She had lived in Harrisville until moving to Milton, Delaware to be near her daughter.
Louise had worked at Morgan Stanley in Providence, RI as a receptionist for 5 years before retiring.
Louise is survived by her daughter, Cheryl Savastano of Rockville, MD, her sons: Raymond Savastano, Jr. of Port St. Lucie, FL and David Savastano and his wife, Kerri of Mapleville, her grandchildren: Tyler, Giana and Domenic Savastano all of Mapleville, her sister, Carol Hannagan and her husband, Walter of Glocester, her in-laws: Orlando and Maureen Savastano of South County, RI and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Mary and Brother-in law Leo Ladefian.
A graveside committal service will be held Monday, June 12, 2023 at 11am at Acotes’ Hill Cemetery, Chepachet.
