Joanna Tamika Rene (36) of Brockton died May 28th in the Boston Medical Center.
She was born in Boston daughter of Joseph Rene and Mica (Chrispin) Rene both of Brockton. Joanna was a physical therapist assistant working for a nursing home. She was a member of the Greater Life Baptist Church in Boston and attended Randolph Schools and was a graduate of Randolph High School in 2005. Joanna loved animals, church, volunteering and wanted to make a difference in the world.
In addition to her loving parents she is survived by her son Joseph Rene, her daughter Angelica Rene, 2 brothers, Michael and Christopher Rene both of Brockton, 4 sisters, Megan Edouard of Boston, Denise Rene, Cacha Christin and Jessica Rene all of Georgia, many nieces and nephews.
Services in the Home of Funerarias Multi Culturel, 238 Court Street Brockton Thursday June 15th at 11 am. Burial to follow in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N Pearl Street Brockton. Viewing from 10 am prior to services.
