WORCESTER___Sandra V. Erickson, of Worcester, died Tuesday June 13 in UMASS Memorial Medical Center, 55 Lake Ave North.
She leaves a daughter, Michelle Erickson and a son, David Hicks, both of Worcester; her mother, Gertrude (Dickinson) Erickson of Worcester; four brothers, Rodney Erickson, Allen Erickson, Richard Erickson and James Erickson all of Worcester; four sisters, Nancy Hicks, Carol Bain and Donna Hall, all of Worcester and Kim Smith of Hampton, N.H., and many nephews and nieces. She was born in New Britain, Ct, and had lived here for most of her life. Her father was the late John Erickson. She was also predeceased by a brother, John O. Erickson of Auburn.
Sandra once was a nurses aide for area nursing homes.
The funeral will be held on Thursday June 15 from DIRSA – MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton St., with a Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 35 Hamilton St. Burial will be in Hope Cemetery.
