HARWICH - Kevin Raymond Lovetere, 62, passed away on Thursday, May 25 unexpectedly in his camper on Cape Cod in Harwich.
Kevin was born in Lowell on April 24, 1961, a son of the late Raymond Lovetere and the late Constance (Brock) Lovetere-Moran. He was raised and educated in Lowell, MA.
He was employed as a concrete specialist in the concrete forms field for most of his life. He took great pride in his chosen field. He lived for his work and for his family. He loved his grandchildren, especially his granddaughter, Leia.
He is survived by his children, Tanya Goudailler and her husband, Scott, of Pawcatuck, CT, Justin Lovetere and his partner Victoria DeBrie, also of Pawcatuck, CT. He is also survived by his sisters, Karen O’Brien, Kimberlee Manning and her husband, Barry and Kathy Gallant and several nieces, nephews and friends.
He also leaves his beloved grandchildren, Cameron Goudailler, DJ Pacewicz, Garret Powers, and "Princess" Leia Lovetere, who will remain his cherished legacy and by whom he will be sorely missed.
On Friday, June 2, all are welcome to attend his calling hours from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell, MA. 978-458-6816. His funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. in the funeral home immediately following his visitation. A procession to Westlawn Cemetery for graveside prayers will conclude the services.
