Nancy E. Gagnon, 68, of Derry, NH, passed away Tuesday May 16, 2023 in the Parkland Medical Center in Derry. She was born on March 28, 1955 in Cambridge, MA, a daughter of the late Gordon and Lillian (Peterson) Stryker. She had been a resident of Derry since 1998, formerly living in Salem, MA. Nancy was employed in Human Resources at the Southern NH Medical Center in Nashua, NH, where she took immense pride in hiring the proper nurses. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and loved to cook.
She is survived by her beloved husband of 35 years, Thomas J. Gagnon of Derry; three brothers, John Stryker of Hawaii, Arthur Stryker of Texas, and Gordon Stryker of MA; one sister, Debbie Hornfelt of Florida; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 18th from 4 – 6pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. Graveside services will be held on Friday May 19th at 10:00am in the Forest Hill Cemetery, behind First Parish Congregational Church in East Derry, NH.
