Almannor Ernest, 75, of Manchester, died on May 9, 2023 in Nashua after a period of failing health. Almannor was born in Leogane, Haiti the son of Dieujuste Ernest and Fleurcile (Tilus) Ernest.
Almannor worked for many years as a salesman. He loved to walk, enjoyed nature, he loved meeting people and being in their present, he loved his children and family dearly. He loved and served God, he liked putting on Christian comedians shows at church during Holiday Seasons. He loved his community, everyone was his or sons & daughters.
Almannor is survived by his wife Marie Louise Surfin and their daughter; Esther Ernest Fleurant, Benita Noel, and the mother of Sherline Moise Ernest, Solange Fortune, the mother of his first children, Alain and Mirlande Ernest.
His grandchildren are Marie Mirka Bonhomme, Alex Ernest, Anne Ernest, Akim Ernest, Judson Joseph Ernest, Evdoura Amarcharlie, Valencia Ernest, Jael Ernest Fleurant, Adonijah Ernest Fleurant, Ammishaddai Ernest Fleurant, Avraham Ernest Fleurant, Avigayil Ernest Fleurant, Ammiyah Ernest Fleurant, Azaryah Ernest Fleurant, Rivkah Ernest Fleurant, Amayah Ernest Fleurant and Hodiyah Ernest Fleurant. He will also be missed by his sisters; Saramise Ernest and Salourde Ernest, brothers; Victor Ernest, Lifaite Ernest and JN Hilaire.
He is predeceased by his parents and his children; Alain Ernest and Milande Ernest.
Calling hours will be held Friday, May 26, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at J.N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home, 110 Bridge Street, Manchester. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2023 at 10:00 AM at The First Haitian Baptist Church of Manchester, 439 Merrimack Street, Manchester. Committal prayers follow at St. Augustin Cemetery, South Beech Street.
