HOLLIS- Robin Lee Day, age 64, passed away unexpectedly on May 10, 2023.
She was born in Biddeford, Maine on July 30, 1958, a daughter of the late “Skip” Alden and Charlene Ramsdell.
Robin attended Hollis schools and graduated from Bonny Eagle High School in 1976. She furthered her education at Andover College.
For many years, she worked at Dr. Delaney’s medical office. Afterward, she was employed for 22 years at CASA, taking care of disabled clients.
She loved having fun and spending time with friends and family – especially her siblings. She enjoyed keeping her home and yard decorated and re-decorated and clean. She could be found outdoors sprucing up her mulch and flower beds. Robin enjoyed primitive decorations and antiques. She also enjoyed spending time in her pool sunbathing with a tall glass of coffee brandy.
Besides her parents, Robin is predeceased by a son- Steven Scott Day in 2023; and her sister- Emily Roberts.
She is survived by her husband- Steven Day of 37 years; sons- Ryan Ramsdell and his partner Tammie of Baldwin, and Casey Day and his partner Heather of Hollis; stepdaughter- June Day of Hollis, Joy Watt and her husband Bryan of Sanford, and Daisy Day of Dixfield; siblings- Lynn Steeves and her husband Billy of Buxton, Denice McCormick of Standish, Kevin Ramsdell and his wife Petra of Hollis, and Terry Carson of Buxton; brother-in-law- Ronnie Roberts of Buxton; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be amongst Robin’s family.
