Carol A. Wilber, 84, of Bayou Drive, Greenville, died Wednesday, May 10, 2023. She was the wife of Ralph Wilber, Jr. They had been married for 63 years.
Born in Cranston, she was a daughter of the late Hallis and Olga (Goodloff) West. She had lived in Greenville for the past 54 years.
Carol had worked at St. Aloysius Home in Greenville for many years. She was a charter member of the St. Philip Church Choir and had also volunteered at Mater Ecclesiae College in Greenville.
Besides her husband, she is survived by her children: Gerrilyn Gresko and her husband, Leigh of Palm Bay, FL, Lorraine Danti and Manny Macedo of Warren and Ralph E. Wilber, III and Laura (Alexanian) Wilber of Foster, her grandchildren: Brian Sumlin, Christina Poulsen, Melanie, Travis and Lydia Wilber, Thomas Danti, Jr. and Amanda Jacquart and her seven great grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 17th at 10am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Coventry. Visitation respectfully omitted. In lieu of flowers donations in her memory may be made to RISPCA, 186 Amaral St, Riverside, RI 02915
