Walsh, Mercedes A. “Mickey” (Foley) of Lexington, formerly of Winchester, died peacefully in her home surrounded by family on May 6, 2023. Loving daughter of the late Daniel J. and Helen T. (Murphy) Foley. Beloved wife of the late Thomas R. Walsh. Loving mother of Mary E. Berrigan, Ann Fredella, Maureen Walsh (Baker), Steven Walsh, Jeremy Walsh, the late Thomas G. Walsh, John P. Walsh and Eileen Walsh. She was the loving grandmother of Doug Cail and wife Tina, Beth and Byron Berrigan, Ellis, Fern, Olivia and Madelyn Fredella, Anna and Katie Baker. Cherished sister of Eleanor Foley and Catherine Cheatham.
Mickey was an avid bowler, golfer and tennis player and loved to play cards with family and her many friends.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Eulalia Church, 50 Ridge St., Winchester, Thursday, May 11th, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
