With a heavy heart, we announce the passing of our beloved mother Marie Adele Therese Bellande, who peacefully left us on Friday, May 5th, 2023, at the age of 95.
She was born on September 06, 1927 in Les-Cayes, Haiti, to her loving parents St. Firman Jean Francois and Florese Jean Francois. She was the youngest of seven siblings, who are no longer with us. She married Elira Bellande, and together they raised four beautiful children, Perald Bellande, Nancy Bellande, Ketline Dominique, and Feguens Bellande. She loved her children dearly and always put their needs first.
Sadly, she was preceded in death by her husband Elira, and son Perald Bellande. She leaves behind her three children, Nancy Bellande, Ketline Dominique, and Feguens Bellande. In addition to her children, she was blessed with six grandchildren whom she adored: Stanley Dominique, Stephane Bellande, Sabrina Dominique, Alexandra Dominique, Jamal Dominique, and Tyrese Dominique. She was also a proud great-grandmother to five great-grandchildren: Aaliyah, Ayla, Zaire, Gabriel, and Sean.
Our mother was a devoted stay-at-home mother who always put her family first. She spent her days caring for her children and creating a loving and nurturing home for them. Her dedication to her family was unwavering, and she took great pride in being a homemaker. All who entered her home felt her warmth, love, and kindness, and she will be remembered for the special moments she created for her family.
Our mother was a kind and caring woman who touched the lives of everyone she met. Her loss will be deeply felt by all who knew her. We will never forget her love, warmth, and infectious smile.
Rest in peace, dear mother. You will be forever missed and forever loved.
Viewing will be on Saturday May 13, 2023 from 10:45- 11 AM followed by a Funeral Mass at 11 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 1548 Blue Hill Ave, Mattapan, Ma. Burial will be in Melrose Cemetery, 88 N. Pearl Street, Brockton, Ma
